Registration Policy
The presenting author for each paper is required to register and pay the applicable registration fee. Each registered author may present a maximum of two accepted papers with a single registration.
For an accepted paper to be included in the conference program and proceedings, the registration fee must be paid by the paper submission deadline (August 15, 2025).

*The student registration fee applies only to full-time students who are not formally affiliated with a company. Students with part-time employment are eligible as long as their primary status is full-time student. Proof of student status may be requested.
Publication in Journal of Physics: Conference Series (JPCS)
All accepted papers will be included in the official conference proceedings, which will be made available through the AIAC 2025 conference website.
Selected papers will be published in the Journal of Physics: Conference Series (JPCS). An additional publication fee of 100 EUR will be required for each paper accepted for inclusion in the JPCS proceedings.
