Submission Guidelines

Extended Abstracts and Full Papers

Authors are invited to submit extended abstracts of at least three pages, including preliminary results, key figures, and references. Submissions should begin with a concise summary (6–8 lines) and clearly describe the objective, methodology, and main findings of the study.

Full paper submission is optional at the abstract stage but encouraged. The AIAC 2025 formatting style is strongly recommended and will be required for final paper submissions.

Submissions must be made via the Submission Portal in PDF format.
