Professor Yan Xing is a researcher and doctoral supervisor at the Beijing Institute of Control Engineering (BICE). She has long been engaged in the research of autonomous intelligent perception, planning, navigation and maneuvering, and intelligent mobile robot technologies for deep space exploration, and her research results have been applied in China's Chang'e-3, Chang'e-4, Tianwen-1 and Chang'e-6 missions. Born in 1984, Mahmut Bölükbaş is the founder and head of ADDMIRAL Defence Consultancy, a data-driven defence intelligence brand that provides strategic advisory, defence-export facilitation, and cyber-intelligence. He graduated from the Aeronautical Engineering Department of Istanbul Technical University and completed his Master’s degree in Defence Resources Management at the Turkish War Colleges.
