Conference Venue
The technical sessions of the 13th Ankara International Aerospace Conference (AIAC 2025) will be held at the Culture and Convention Center (CCC), located on the campus of Middle East Technical University (METU) in Ankara, Türkiye.
METU is one of Türkiye’s most prestigious and internationally recognized universities, known for its excellence in science and engineering education and research. The campus is situated in a forested area in central Ankara, offering both a vibrant academic environment and scenic surroundings.
The CCC offers modern conference facilities within walking distance of university amenities, dining options, and public transportation.

Travel Information
- From Ankara Esenboğa Airport (ESB): METU is approximately 45 minutes by taxi or private transfer. Havaş (for each flight) or AnkaraAir (every 30 minutes between 06:00-22:00) airport shuttles to reach the city center (Kızılay and/or AŞTİ). Also taxis can be used to reach the campus area.
- Public Transportation: The METU campus gates A1 and A2 are accessible via the KIZILAY-KORU metro line. The recommended station is ODTÜ Station (A1 gate). Also BİLKENT Station could be preferred for A2 gate arrivals. EGO city buses and taxis are also widely available. For more information click here.
- Access to CCC: Participants may reach the conference hall (CCC) by EGO city buses or minibuses from A1 gate. Alternatively, it is approximately a 23-minute walk from the A1 gate to CCC.
- Accommodation: A wide range of hotels and guesthouses are available near the campus and in central Ankara. Information on recommended options and special rates for participants will be shared soon.
